Users entering this site agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Butter Up reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

All intellectual property in the material contained on this site is owned by Butter Up, its licensors, suppliers or advertisers and is protected under both Australian and International law. Users of this site do not gain any interest in that intellectual property and undertake not to do anything that interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the material.

Users may only download material from this site for personal and non-commercial use and on the understanding that they do not modify the copy as it appears on this site. This includes any copyright notice. All rights not expressly granted under these terms of use are reserved.

Any third party content included on this site is subject to that third party’s terms and conditions of use.
This site may include links to third party sites that are not related to Butter Up and over which Butter Up has no control. These links are provided for your information and to assist you in the selection of the product which best suits your needs and do not indicate any relationship between Butter Up and that third party or any endorsement by Butter Up of that third party, its site or its products or services.

Orders & Payment

1. Orders
The ButterUp online store is open 24/7, 365 days per year – so you can shop and place orders online, at any time!
When placing an order via this website, you are in effect making an offer to purchase a particular product/s for the price/s shown plus any other related charges (i.e. shipping etc).

Shortly after placing your order on our website or by phone, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Should you cancel your order prior to dispatch, you will incur an administration fee of 10% of the total order value.
All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Payments
We operate a pre-paid system and goods are only shipped upon receipt of full payment into our nominated bank account. For your security and to ensure payment details are safe we accept payments through PayPal™. Most of the time these payments are instant, however we will wait until payments have processed before sending your order.

3. Additional Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Please note your order may attract additional duties and taxes which are due at the time of delivery when ordering items internationally. We advise you to consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. The price you see online does not include any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment. We do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred.


1. Make sure you get your stuff!
Use correct and up to date shipping details. If this isn’t done your parcel may be returned as undeliverable and you will have to place a new order. Avoid frustration and delays by ensuring everything is filled out correctly in plain English and is free of typos or special characters. We ship completed orders Monday-Friday. Normally, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received. However, it should be noted that orders placed on Fridays will only be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday, as we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders are shipped via our fulfilment office located in Hong Kong via registered post. In most cases delivery is normally around 4 weeks to most metro regions. This can sometimes be longer in certain areas.

Owing to the use of registered post, a signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the designated delivery address, the products will be returned to the nearest Post Office for your collection. Keep an eye out for “delivery attempt” notifications that come to your mail box. Most postal services only hold parcels for a short time before returning uncollected parcels. If your parcel has been more than 5 weeks from dispatch, check with your local post office using your tracking info as it might be waiting for you there. Get in touch with us if they can’t give you an update.

2. International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses:
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.

3. Please note that once you sign for the product/s, you own them.
The freight carrier and/or the manufacturer are unlikely to approve an insurance claim once you sign for freight. Therefore, please ensure that you inspect the product/s before you sign for them. If the product is, or appears to be damaged, do not accept the delivery.


Please note that this guarantee applies only to product that has not been used!!

Should you decide not to keep the product after it has been delivered to your address, you have the option to return it to us.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any unused items purchased directly from us and returned in the original packaging.

To take advantage of this 30 day money back guarantee, please email us at [email protected] and you will be sent a Returns Reference number.

Neither the cost of freight from Butter Up to the customer, nor the cost of returning the goods to Butter Up will be covered by the 30 day money back guarantee.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the returned goods within the 30 day window. We will not accept returns that reach us after the 30 day period has elapsed.

Please note that all goods are returned at your risk. We therefore recommend that you use Registered Post to return the goods to us and that you take out the appropriate insurance, as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost in transit and not received by us. We will not accept goods that are returned stamped ‘More to Pay’.

A processing fee of $AUD 7.00 plus 15% of the total transaction amount will be charged on all returned items that are found to have been correctly supplied and in good working order.

We will replace items that are damaged in transit by the carrier, or incorrectly shipped due to fulfilment errors on our side.

Our 30 day Money Back Guarantee does not cover products sold by our resellers.
